Easter Sunday....
It has been a glorious day! Church was wonderful last night, and our day today has been delightful! The weather is perfect, my dinner turned out very good (if I do say so myself), Helen and Cheryl were here to share the food and friendship, and now Joe and I are vegged out in front of the TV, enjoying not doing anything other than watching TV and surfing the internet. Even the cats are vegged out with us.
I have tomorrow off from work (!!!). We are looking forward to seeing "The Bible" tonight. We will be taping "Revenge", "Once Upon A Time", and our new favorite from BBC returns tonight - "Call The Midwife". I don't think I've mentioned yet that we have also been catching episodes of "Midsomer Murders", which is also a BBC show from the 90s. There are over 80 episodes on Netflix. My blogging friend, Cynthia, mentioned watching it, so we looked it up and got hooked.
I hope you all have enjoyed your day. Praise God for the gift of His Son, that we might be forgiven and have the chance for eternal life. He is risen!! Hallelujah!!

ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear you had a nice Easter! We went to my sister's in-law for dinner. It was so relaxing..I love family gatherings like that. I'm into the show, Castle, right now. I have all the seasons in my Netflix queue. I should be getting another disk tomorrow!
