January 20th: Tuesday 4

Thanks to Annie for today's questions!  You can join the fun HERE!

We've Got Questions

Welcome once again to Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4.   It's nice to have you take part.

Here are some questions for you.....

1. Where did your mother and father grow up?  Both in Fayette County, Ohio

2. Where did you grow up?  Washington Court House, Ohio, until I was 10, then we moved to Millersport, Ohio.

3. What was your favorite meal your mother made?  She was a great cook!  I loved her homemade noodles and her vegetable soup.  What is your favorite recipe to make?  I make baked ziti often when company is coming, but I don't use a recipe.

4. What are the advantages you enjoy where you live?  This is Central Florida!  We enjoy wonderful winters!  It's chilly this week, but I don't need boots, gloves, or a hat!

Peace and Hugs!

"It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth;
you made both summer and winter."  Psalm 74:17

  1. We may need some gloves this morning when we go out! And a warmer hoodie/jacket will feel good if we have to walk very far. But thankfully we don't have to shovel any snow or scrape any ice (maybe...I haven't looked at the windshield of the car yet). LOL. I hope to try your baked ziti someday!! It sounds wonderful!!!!

  3. I love the sound of the homemade noodles and vegetable soup.
It's warmed up here now, probably not as warm as Florida but the gloves and scarf aren't needed today.

  4. Sounds like a lovely winter! It's 12F here this morning.. way too cold. I wouldn't mind some nice vegetable soup right about now. I think baked ziti is a great meal for company, well, at least I love it.

  5. Homemade noodles sound so good. Wouldn't you love to go back and have a meal with her? My mom has been gone over 20 years and I would so love to do that.

  9. Boots, gloves and hats are seldom needed here but this week-end we might need to pull them out of storage. Temps dropping into the 20's with precipitation and COLD all next week. Houston freeways will be treacherous, glad I'm not a commuter. Hope you're enjoying a great day.

  11. My mom was from Dayton, Ohio and I still have cousins in that region. Oh I love homemade noodles. I'm making a vegetable beef soup with the leftover pot roast we had, today even though its not cold out. Just because. I've never made baked ziti and I love it and now I'm wondering why I never made it. ❓❓❓❓
    Enjoyed your answers.

  14. I don't enjoy our winters and would love to live in a warmer part of the country but hubby is a born and bred Otagoite (Otago NZ.) so it's not going to happen 😊
