Tuesday 4
Weather or Not...
Welcome once again to Tuesday 4 begun by Toni Taddeo and kept alive in her memory.
Let's discuss the weather...
1. Spring is here. What do you like or dislike about it weather-wise? I love all the blooming trees and the lovely temps with no humidity.
2. How do you fare in humidity? Do you fade or come alive? I dislike the humidity and do my best to not be outside during July and August unless I am at the Gulf.
3. Do rainy days bother you or are you happy for an occasional break from the sunshine? This is Florida so we have rain most days in the summer but only for 15-20 minutes. Rain is usually welcome here.
4. In your opinion, what is the best thing about each season? Florida is the best thing about all the seasons here. Winter is comfortable, Spring is beautiful and we have strawberries in February, Summer is hot and humid but I still love it, Fall is comfortable and the
best time to visit theme parks and the beaches.

Thanks for joining in and making this so much fun for everyone!
Peace & hugs! Jesus loves you and me!

Florida is where I want to end up.... if only the hubs would get on board! Love your answers! Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteSpring + Fall are my fave.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
I am with you on all answers. The live oaks are in their full on drop of leaves and any day about to drop those worms. Then it is full bloom here.
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the things I love about Florida when I've visited. It can absolutely pour the rain and then an hour later you would never know it.
ReplyDeleteRain is always welcome in our neck of the woods too. I like rainy days. Makes the plants really happy.
ReplyDeleteHope your day is blessed. xx
Great answer- I am from Louisiana so I feel you. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteIt is so wonderful to have seasonal changes.. I do not think I oulw like living where everything is eseerntially the same.. although it would probably be good for me allergy wise... They say come to arizona for your health, but life means more than a non runny nose! hehe I do not think I could bare the humidity fo Florida year round. but I do love being by the ocean!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy visiting Florida but I am a mountain mama!
ReplyDeleteI used to loathe humidity. Then a couple years ago I reflected: I used to pay good money to sit in a sauna, and here we're getting it 'free for nuthin'!
ReplyDeleteSo much nicer than what my son said about Phoenix: "Like living next to an open blast furnace."
Low humidity is the best, Terri, though I find I can enjoy most all weather as it comes. Enjoy spring to the fullest!
ReplyDeleteYou answered all the questions pretty much the way I would, so I think I am going to pass on this one. We are blessed to live in Florida and have such beautiful weather for 3/4 of the year, and summer is bearable as long as you have air conditioning! And yes! Fresh Strawberries in February...and now we are getting fresh blueberries here. Lily Grace is going to tell about it in her next post. Thank you for your good posts! I always look forward to reading your posts...my "friend from Florida"!
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy Florida so much. I want to visit again sometime. Loved your answers! Have a nice week.

I don't handle humidity well at all. Thank goodness for air conditioning!
ReplyDeleteI love the blooming trees in Spring too.
I certainly am looking forward to being in Florida in May! Whether or not we could meet up will depend on having a car or not.
ReplyDeleteKeep me posted.
