There are no rules, there is no linky.
Check out her dress and then pick the shoes she should be wearing!
It's just a fun little whimsical thing...

I'm not sure about the pretty long dress on a bicycle but she
evidently made it this far, so we will pretend she is dressed for
a bike ride in the country, picking wildflowers along the way!!
And finally!! Some shoes I could actually wear!
Which ones should she wear?
Shoe #1
Show #2
Show #3
My thoughts: I like the dress for a springtime picnic, perhaps, or a backyard soiree, but not really for a bike ride. What were they thinking? I will pick sandal #1 to go with the dress. It would be easier to ride the bike with them, too!! What do you think?
Thanks for your visit today!
Peace & hugs!! God bless!!

I'm voting for pair #1. I think they fit the overall feeling of the outfit. Thanks for the fun, Terri. Blessings on your day!
ReplyDelete#1 for me too just for the reason you mentioned. Happy Thursday!
ReplyDeleteNot sure she would last long wearing that dress and not end up taking a tumble.... Number 1 but I sure wouldn't do it with those old fashioned bikes!! Wait until the dress gets caught up in the chain! Ouch...
ReplyDelete#2 for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm going with #1 today, Terri. What a gorgeous dress!
ReplyDeleteLike you, I have to use my imagination as to how this gal can ride a bike with that long dress! As for the shoes, I'll go with the first pair because they look more substantial for the rigors of an athletic activity of any kind.
ReplyDeleteWhimsey, it's a lovely thing and so often very impractical!
I agree. #1 and certainty not for bike riding! smiles
ReplyDeleteI agree! Finally some shoes we can get excited about! I LOVE #1...they look like macrame! And who doesn't like that! I am worried about her riding her bike in that dress though. Always something to worry about! heehee! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteIf she gets on that bike in that dress she's in trouble! lol If I was a younger lady I would choose #3, but at this point in my life those laces coming up on my ankles would drive me crazy! AND might get caught up in the bike and make me have a fall. No, I'm going with #1, I like them the best anyway.
ReplyDeleteA tie between #1 and #2.
ReplyDeleteI'm going with 2 but honestly - I'd go barefoot :) Such a hippie look
ReplyDeleteThose were exactly my thoughts. Out on a road like that, and riding a bike? Sturdy shoes for me. But then, she's young. They think differently than me. I chose #1 as I thought it fit the look the best and might do for riding the bike.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Rebecca Jo … barefoot for the win. :) But if pressed, I'll go with #2. #3 seems far too busy.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about the dress and the shoes. Very pretty dress, but not for bike riding. Her flowers are so pretty. She's very pretty too. May be pretty to wear to a summer wedding in a garden. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty summer dress - number 1 for me!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, #1 for sure, but, like you, who would ride a bike in that get up? Hope you and your knee are coming along.
ReplyDeletePretty dress - but not for bike riding! I am glad to see shoes I could wear too, I like #2.
ReplyDeletePretty dress, but not for bike riding. It would get caught in chain! I will go with shoe 1. Cute and comfy looking.
ReplyDeleteAm still out of town, visiting my parents. Only have my phone, not computer, so am not blogging. Facebook is too hateful and ugly, so I am staying away.
Hope your knee is feeling great
Hmm she'd need to hitch that dress up a bit once she was on the bike. Yes shoes #1 would be the most practical for riding the bike.
