What season has your favorite looks?  Probably winter because I can layer and cover up things better left unseen!!  LOL

Formal or casual?  Definitely casual.

Thrift store, boutique, or online?  Online, though I have done some thrift store shopping.

What’s your favorite decade for fashion?  I think that right now is just fine because we can wear pretty much whatever we want to wear without too much fuss.  Maybe it's just my age, but I like wearing elastic waist slacks or capris with an over-sized top.  If I have to get dressier, the top just gets prettier. LOL

Do you like to accessorize?  I wear earrings, always, and a necklace if the outfit calls for one.  I don't over-do it and can't' stand a scarf around my neck.

What does your basic outfit look like?  I just described it above!

What piece of clothing do you spend your money on the most?  Slacks. I need tall.

Do you wear hats?  I look ridiculous in hats. Any kind of hat. I love them and wish I could wear them, but I can't.

What is your opinion on wearing socks and sandals together?  It looks pretty silly but I've done it.

What colors do you like to wear?  Reds. Black. White. Jewel tones, like purples...

What are some of the strangest outfits you have seen?

What fashions do you hate?  See above.

What are your favorite styles?  Casual with no fuss.  See several comments above!

What do you think of body piercing?  My ears are each pierced once.  Each to his/her own.

Do you like dyed hair?  I don't dye mine anymore but don't care if others do.  Again, each to his/her own.

Thanks for checking in today!!  Happy SONday!!

Peace & hugs!!  God bless!!

  2. I want to be comfortable at all times. I have gotten over having to be fashionable...just neat and clean is for me!

  3. I absolutely love playing with my hair and so my stylist and I have a blast. We've been experimenting with hair painting, and it gives such dimension.
I also love comfort, and actually I don't think I look great dressed up. It's just not me.
As I write I am in jeans, a long sleeve T-shirt and my High School sweatshirt! Comfort!

    Have a great day!

  5. I don't get the pants in the middle of the rear either...that just looks ridiculous. Loved your answers! Have a great day!

  6. Casual with no fuss, that's the way I like it too. I have dress jeans, casual jeans and work jeans and tops to go with each. That's the way I roll. lol

  8. Terri, I with you on those pants. Why do people think they are attractive. I'm a casual gal, myself!

  9. We did have some similar answers...especially those ridiculous saggy pants! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

  10. The woman in the photo must have a magnetic personality ... hence the forks being attached to her.

    God bless.

  11. Casual, every day, Terri, although I do like the occasions when I have a reason to wear something fancy. Give me a chance to wear some lovely jewelry pieces that have spent way too much time in a drawer. Speaking of "drawers," I'm with you on the saggy britches - yuck!
    Blessings!

  12. What a great answer to #1! Viva la winter! In the last decade, consignment shop-wear has constituted 90-95% of my wardrobe; so sad not to have yet discovered like-kind shops here. (Yet!) I, too, have challenges with wearing scarves. Those darn models make them look so effortless. Grrrr.

  13. I am thankful that slacks/jeans are acceptable most everywhere now. I do like to wear a dress/skirt to church occasionally, but now that I am in the choir, we wear robes, so I really don't need to "dress up" at all. I have challenges with shoes. I only like to wear comfortable shoes, so when I have to put on something less than comfortable, I always carry a spare pair to change into. Jewelry is very basic. I don't even have pierced ears. I wish I did now, because clip ons pinch. But I don't feel like starting over at this stage in life. I'm retired and live in the woods...who cares???? Not the bears! LOL.

  14. Ha! I hate that particular "fashion" too!
I do like scarfs, but no hats for me either. Maybe it's the short hair, but I look ridiculous in them.

  15. Great fashion to dislike, I dislike it very much too. Fun questions!
