Finally Friday....
I don't have photos to share for Friday Foto Friends (LOL - be glad!), but wanted to check in and let you know I am home from "the procedure" and all went well. Still need to wait for lab results, but the doctor was happy and not concerned. I always have a few polyps to be removed.
Fortunately, the anesthesia doesn't put you under too far and is easy to wake up from. It was COLD in the procedure room and the anesthesiologist asked me if I wanted to go to sleep a little before the doctor got there. I said yes, so I'll stop shivering! Next thing I knew, I was in the recovery room, all comfy in some warm blankets and Joe was on his way from the waiting room to sit with me while I had some ginger ale.
All done. Taking it easy the rest of the day.....

ReplyDeleteGlad it went well. Not a nice thing to undergo but I think the anticipation before the first one is the worst thing. I would be much less nervous if I had to have another one.
