Tuesday Tidbits....

Still no photos. Sorry.  We just didn't get to a place where posing for photos seemed like a good idea.

The car repair was "just" a belt to run the air conditioning.  Found and repaired and not too bad of a bill. Thank goodness that's all it was!!  Tammy and Bruce were happy.

I took it upon myself to write a note (online) to AAA about the bad service we received Friday night, telling them how disappointed I was after being a member for over 30 years and not having to use their services often....also mentioned that we were up for renewal in May.  They called the house and got Joe, who told them the same things I did.  They are giving us our renewal for free!!  Sometimes it pays to complain a bit (I was nice about it, but stressed being disappointed).  Hooray!

My day today starts with a Human Resources Chapter breakfast meeting that I nearly forgot about.  Tammy and Bruce will be heading home.  Joe has a cardiologist appointment after lunch, so I'll be doing that with him.

Yesterday's doctor appointment for me went well. She was happy with my numbers and also gave me a prescription for a pain med (not narcotic).  My knee has been really hurting lately, to the point that I was using the cane yesterday. Hoping to get a little relief with it, and hoping it will get me through until August when I will get the darn thing replaced.  I get so aggravated with pain. Enough is enough,

That's all for now.  I missed checking blogs yesterday but will get caught up with everyone. I appreciate your visit here today!  Peace & hugs.

  1. I think you accomplish more by being nice, than nasty. That's great that AAA listened and responded!

  7. They should give a free renewal. Especially after all the years of loyalty on your end to be treated that way. I've been with them since I got my license at 16. I'd complain too.
You mean you didnt want to take a picture of a mechanic? :) haha
