Monday Update...

Today was tiring for both of us.  Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.

Joe has been approved for the Bannasch Rehab center, for which we are grateful, but we are waiting for the insurance company to approve it. The nurse told us it always takes a day, so we should hear tomorrow.

The good news is that Dr. Cuervo was in today, testing reflexes and the reflexes in Joe's left arm are good. Joe can also move three of his fingers so we are very hopeful for a near 100% recovery!

I have tomorrow off work and will hopefully help get him settled in the rehab room and will get to meet his therapists and hear about the plan.

Many thanks for the continued prayers!  They are being heard above and are felt in our hearts!!

Thanks!!  Peace & hugs.

  1. So glad prayers continue to be answered. Waiting in hospitals is one of the hardest things.

  3. I completely understand about the waiting. My daughter has been hospitalized so many times and so I always pack my arsenal of goodies to by my time. Good to hear things are hopefully moving along today.
