Whew....Feeling Better!!

My sweet Joe went out yesterday, when I got home early from work because I felt like the dickens, and asked the Pharmacist at Walgreens what to get for a bad cold.  The Pharmacist told him to get Theraflu Multi-Symptom Severe Cold.  Well, let me tell you, that stuff is amazing. You put it in tea and drink it down.  In 30 minutes I was feeling better and most of the coughing had stopped.  You can take it every four hours.  I'm amazed at the difference in how I feel.

I'm at work (early) and plan to have lunch with my girlfriends today AND go to the staff party tonight. I may sleep in tomorrow (Saturday) but I'm ready to go today!  Praise God!

My Secret Santa has been good to me this week!  We find out tonight who we have...

Monday I received the thermos tumbler.  It has a cat on the insert, making a terrible face and it says that "This is what not handing in purchase orders does to me on the inside" (so, someone who doesn't always turn in purchase orders knows how aggravated I get chasing down paperwork)... the bag of chocolate candy and the Christmas tree came on Tuesday, the bear and candy on Wednesday, and yesterday was the penguin snow globe with Werther's Originals in the bag with it. I always save everything until the last day. It's fun to watch it "pile up" in my office.

Nothing else to write about.  Just getting things done and trying to stay ahead of it all.
