Happy Sunday to you! We went to Mass last night, so get to sleep in this morning. We also went out for Vietnamese food, for dinner. Yum. I had the Pho (soup) and spring rolls. So fresh and good.
I got half the house cleaned yesterday, so just have to finish up sometime today, along with the laundry. Joe pressure washed the front sidewalk yesterday, and it looks so much better out there. I have fall wreaths to put up, and need to get that done today, too.
Joe and I are are in discussion about getting the outside of the house painted. Has to be done, and we are hoping the man who painted two of the bedrooms earlier this year will be up for doing the outside. He told us he could do it in a weekend, so we need to call him for a price and time frame. Staying with the same color...that makes it a little easier. We also need to get some landscaping done, and have a friend who is doing that kind of work now. Neither one of us likes to work in the yard. Joe really can't do it anymore, and I can't get down on the ground anymore. We're a real pair. (snort)

Sleeping in is a thing of the past for me until Spot gets a little older. She starts way before daylight with her little 'meow'. Glad you were able to tho! I agree that weekends go by way too fast. Have a nice Sunday my friend.

Weekends do go by too quickly. I had to introduce new projects to all my classes last week so it went by rather fast as well. Which was nice. Until tonight. Ha. My house needs painting and some repair work and the yard needs help and...the list is endless when you own a house, isn't it?

ReplyDeleteWe have a Vietnamese restaurant near us and I love their food. And they have vegetarian egg rolls, which I love. And spring rolls. Yum, now I'm hungry.
