Just a short post today. Busy at work and busy at home. Sometimes I don't know how I'll get everything done, but praise God, it all works out!
We took Helen, Cheryl and Sheila out to dinner last night. Applebee's has some new menu items, so we decided to go there. It was fun catching up and chatting a couple of hours away. My dinner was so big, I will be enjoying it again for lunch today.
Tonight is my facial night. I usually go on Thursdays, but changed to Tuesday this week. It doesn't matter what day - it is the relaxation that counts, and catching up with my friend, Dawn.

MMmmmm a facial sounds divine. Wish I knew where to go for one around here. Appleby's new menu is nice. Sounds like you had a nice time. Gotta vent a little....We went to Smokey Bones the other night to try out their new menu. I tried the pork tenderloin, and they brought it out served "medium"....the middle was pink and raw. Said that's how they always served pork tenderloin. Could hardly believe my ears, but the waitress took it back and cooked it through for me without complaint. It was good, but I'll never order it again. Good grief. rant over :)
ReplyDeleteRare pork? Never!! Glad you sent it back!! We have a Smokey Bones here in Lakeland, but have never tried it. We like Rib Crib, and it's only five minutes from the house. Smokey Bones is 9-10 miles away. Now I won't go there, ever. Yuck.
