From Patrice: I picked some flowers for you! I love daisies. I'd take them over roses any day. Hubby says that makes me a cheap date. :) My favorite, too, Patrice!
I want to shout out a quick "thank you" to anyone who viewed my scholarship video and "liked" it.
Our Questions for this week:
- What's the earliest time in your life you can remember? Can you remember being 2 years old, 5 years old, etc? I have a few memories from age 3, more from age 4, and quite a few from age 5. I remember kindergarten, for sure. I was 3 when my brother was born and I have some vague memories of holding him, etc. I have cousin and reunion memories at age 4.
- What's do you like to put on pasta? (Your favorite topping.) I like most anything on pasta, but my absolute favorite is cheese, as in mac & cheese; I also like Alfredo sauce; but seriously I am happy with butter and garlic, with a little Parmesan sprinkled on. Yum! Red 'gravy' works too!
- Is there something that takes time away from more important things in your life? (TV, internet, talking on the telephone, etc.) TV and the computer. Addicted. Don't do anything else, after work. Seriously.
- Do you buy many clothes that are "high maintenance"? (Clothes that need to be ironed, dry cleaned, or hand washed) Absolutely not! Wash and wear only. I hate the things I still have that require an iron.
- Please finish this sentence. "I'd like to visit the beach today and sit under the umbrella, reading, listening to the waves rolling in, and hopefully not screaming kids and someone's radio turned up too loud!"

I like pasta about any way it can be prepared. I got up thinking this was Saturday, so I am all mixed up. Another cup and maybe I can figure it out! Have a great day.

ReplyDeleteSo, I have mostly wash and wear, the problem is my washer and dryer are really crappy...new, but I hate them. I end up having to press nearly EVERYTHING...even t-shirts. Arggh....vent over. Have a great Friday, Toots.
The scholarship video is Patrice's thing (author of this Meme) so I didn't see it, either. I just left what she wrote when I copied the questions.
DeleteI have a friend who hates her brand new washer and dryer. Mine are 25 years old and still cranking along, thank goodness!

First of all as I've said before I'm not a beach person, that is, unless we're talking about a secluded one. The lunchtime news showed people actually running at 7 a.m. to get a good place at a beach in Valencia. No thanks! I think I iron more in summer than in winter, but it's mostly just touch ups for cotton things.Ironing isn't my most hated thing to do. TV isn't my downfall, but the internet is.

ReplyDeleteI definitely remember kindergarten and I know I have one memory from maybe 4 years old. The TV and computer take up most of my day. I'm trying to back away but I've been saying that for years now! I'd like to visit the beach today and walk along the shore.....
