Lost a post?

Well, I posted today, from work, during a little break.  Another short one, which seems to have just vanished!

Feeling about the same, and using DayQuil and Mucinex to keep the cold from traveling to my chest. Hope it works.

I would like to ask my prayer partners to please add my brother-in-law, Greg McDermott, to your prayer lists.  My sister called tonight to tell me he has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. His sister, Diana, is a thyroid cancer survivor, and so am I. He also has para-thyroid disease on top of the cancer. His surgery is scheduled for May 15th, at the Cleveland Clinic. Thyroid cancer is easy to deal with when found early. Please pray for him.

Thanks for stopping by. Nothing exciting to report. Peace, love & hugs.

  5. Praying for Greg that all will be well with the surgery and recovery.

Also for you to feel better. Have that cold and congestion thing here but I think it is winding down . Drinking lots of water and resting more than usual.

This background is from Scrapin' Blogs. I think you can click on her link if you go to the bottom of my page and look for the name.

  8. I hope you are feeling better soon. It's no fun to get one of those colds that get into your chest. Take good care of yourself and get plenty of rest. Have you ever used Ayr? I get it at the drugstore and wash out my nose with it when I feel sniffy. I throw it away after a few days use and get another. A 90 year old friend of mine told me about it.

Prayers to your brother in law, too.

    XO,

    Sheila

    1. Thanks, Sheila. I have a Neti pot but haven't heard of Ayr. I'll have to look for it.
