I saw snow in some of your blog photos!! It is that time of year - up north anyway. I actually wore a sweater to work yesterday and today!! This vintage frock looks like something from a classy 50s movie perhaps. Count down 1-2-3 on the purses and tell us which one she should be carrying. It's all for fun!
My thoughts: The coat/dress is not something I would wear (even when I lived "up north") but I do love the vintage look. I don't necessarily like the boots she is wearing but we are here for the purses. They would all be okay but my eyes keep going to purse #1 because it is interesting and more vintage-y than the other two. What are your thoughts?

It's very vintage. I Like the style, but not necessarily the fur. I choose purse #3 this time.

ReplyDeleteWow, what an outfit! It does look nice and warm for a blustery November day up north! I can't imagine us ever wearing anything like that here in Florida, Although my mother did make me a beautiful olive green wool dress with matching coat that had a little fur trim on the collar and around the bottom of the sleeves. I wonder if I have a picture of that anywhere. I wore it for Homecoming attendant that year...here in Florida! As for the purses, I think I prefer #3. It looks more classy for that outfit, but #1 is very interesting and pretty. Oh yes, Jesus loves US, yes, Jesus loves us, yes, Jesus loves us! The Bible tells me so! Amen! Have a blessed Thursday!

ReplyDeleteLike you, I'm not into the boots, and the outfit itself is just not "me." But with that said, I would choose purse #2 because it looks slightly larger than the other two. Some purses are a tight fit for my wallet but #2 looks like it would work out for my needs.
