I've got a couple of photos to share...
This is the parking lot outside my office at work.
There is a dead tree (center of picture) that had a bird perched in it.
I'm pretty sure it was a red shouldered hawk. Could be an Osprey.
I was so taken by him that I walked outside to get a closer look.

There he is. He stayed a long time and wasn't worried
about me being below him. I felt so honored to see this majestic bird.

I love that song! I haven't heard it in a long while. Thank you for making me look it up! :) I love the picture of the hawk. He's a big one, and judging by the way he is perched, etc., I 'd definitely say he's a hawk. I also love the picture of Casper. He knows you love him and he is thankful for you taking such good care of him. That is so sweet. I am so happy for you to have a "crazy week" in a good way next week! That's a blessing! ReplyDeleteCasper looks so comfy. Lucy sits about the same with me sometimes. I sure missing her. I don't want this trip to end, but I sure miss Lucy lots. That bird is very cool. I think it looks like a hawk. Have a great day.
