I only have one new photo and a silly cartoon to share today.
Last night, our Mas Verde group went to Il Forno (Italian) Restaurant. We celebrated Tim's birthday and this is the birthday boy (84!) and his lovely wife, Judy, cutting the cake that we all got a piece of!! One couple (Anne & Jim) are the first 'snowbirds' back so there were 10 of us out to eat! My new neighbors joined us again and are fitting right in with the group! I am so blessed with wonderful neighbors!
And here is a silly cartoon I had to share on the bulletin board at work. Always watching for silly fishing cartoons and jokes!
That's it for this Friday. I have a quiet afternoon and weekend ahead. I have some work I need to get done around the house so my time will be used well.

Funny cartoon! LOL. And I'm glad you have a quiet weekend ahead to get caught up. Sometimes we just have to do that. I'm finding that out lately...since we are "working" so much at Dixie Cottage, housework is kind of "out the window" (unless I know company is coming!). But it's all good. Glad your new neighbors are becoming good friends as well! You are blessed. I'm still waiting to see how things are going to work out with our new neighbors, if they ever get the house put together and completed. LOL. Time will tell. Have a blessed weekend.

I am sure your neighbors are appreciative as well to be taken "under your wing" though I found Florida so much more friendly than the North.

ReplyDeleteWe just watched "Jaws" again a week or two ago. They were playing it at the Imax in Chattanooga but it was at night and we didn't want to travel home that far in the dark so we just watched it on TV. It's almost a classic.
