noun
- 1.(in Latin America and among Latinos) a celebration of a girl's fifteenth birthday and her transition from childhood to adulthood, typically involving a mass followed by a party:
When I saw this so pretty dress, I immediately thought of a quinceanera! One of the sweetest traditions is when the young lady's dad takes her flat shoes off and puts on the high heels, symbolizing her becoming an adult. SO.... which pair of shoes will complement her gown and make her feel grown up on her special day?
Pair #1
Pair #2
Pair #3
My thoughts: I have actually attended a quinceanera and it really is a sweet celebration like no other. I will go with the second pair of shoes. They are flashy and I think all the bling is what a 15-year old girl would love to wear on her special day. (I do like #1 best, though!) What are your thoughts?
Peace & hugs! Jesus loves you and me!!

I would choose #2 as well. She would want the fanciest ones for sure.
ReplyDeleteI like #1 but for a teen I agree with #2.
ReplyDeleteI like #2, Terri. And what a gorgeous gown she is wearing!
ReplyDelete#1 looks a little "old" , so go with 2... but then again what do I know!
ReplyDeleteI think #2.
ReplyDeletePretty dress. I would go with shoes #3 if there was no heel. Guess I'm still a kid. *lol*
ReplyDeleteHope your day is beautiful and easy. xx
I agree with you Terri...pair no.2.
ReplyDeleteI'm picking #1 because that dress makes me think of Cinderella and those are the most like glass slippers! lol
ReplyDeleteI think #1.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you...I like #1 best for me, but for a young girl #2 would be pretty. Not crazy about the bodice design,(esp. for a 15 year old) but the rest of the dress is very lovely. Yes, I would feel like Cinderella at the ball in a dress like that!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I like #3. But for the purposes of this exercise, I'm going with #2.
ReplyDeleteThe gown is a little too low-cut in my opinion, but I do like the shoulder style. I like both shoe #1 and #2. hard to choose a favorite between them.
ReplyDeleteIt's very pretty and so is the model. I agree with you on shoe #2 for a young girl, and I like #1 best.
ReplyDeleteSexy quinceanera dress - lol. I will take shoe number 1. Hugs.
