I am remembering, with much love, my mom's birthday in Heaven. She would have been 89 today had cancer not taken her from us when she was only 65. I am thankful for her love and so many wonderful memories stored away in my heart! She loved being out on the lake in anyone's pontoon boat!!

ReplyDeleteI am hoping for a cool, sunny Thanksgiving too, hoping people can sit out on the deck maybe...but either way, it will be fun. I know how much you miss your mother. I am sorry she had to leave so young, but you know where she is and you will see her again one day. (((hugs))) and prayers...

ReplyDeleteCute picture of your mom. She died young. Makes me realize, once more, how blessed I am to still have both my parents. They are 79 and 82.
ReplyDeleteI love ebenezer scrooge. Although he is mostly thought of as a miser, he is, in fact, a picture of repentance.
