As usual, we went to the farm (Joe's client) on Wednesday.
The horses got carrots and I saved a few for the goats.
There is a new horse in the pasture this week...
Toby is to the far right (white horse), not to be
confused with Majesty (the white horse on the left).
Of course, Doc and Pistol are there too.
On the way out, the cattle were all over the road!! It was fun
moving them along slowly...
After the farm, you already know about our visit with Dr. Streitman (yesterday's blog). Then we went to Palace Pizza to use the rest of our gift card. We got the food to go and enjoyed it at home. So good!!
Do you see the Eagles flag? Yep... another reason Joe loves this place.
They were also one of his clients when he still had his CPA practice.
The owner gave us free cannolis to take home with our order. Nice.
Last night, we went to the Tapatios Mexican Restaurant with our neighbors, Jill and Murray. They hadn't been before and we were thrilled that they love it! I didn't take any pictures while we were there, but got this from the internet.
Joe and I also did some major shopping yesterday (before going out to eat). Sam's Club, Winn Dixie, and Publix. Crazy going three places but it is what it is. We are stocked up and ready for anything right now! LOL
Happy Friday!! Thanks for your visit!!
Peace & hugs!! God bless!!

Well, the cattle caught my eye. In Ireland, where I live now, I fell in love with irish cows and sheep :D
ReplyDeleteWhy is the white horse standing near the white part of the fence? Does he think it is clever camouflage? Tell him we can still see him.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
The farm animals are so pretty and I know it is fun to see them weekly. Hope your day and weekend are good ones.
ReplyDeleteWow... looks like lots of baby animals... it looks like they enjoy a good life.. :)
ReplyDeleteThose stubborn ol' cows! Great photos as always, Terri! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteThose cows have a mind of their own! Ha ha. I like the place withthe flag. Go Eagles!
ReplyDeleteLove all your farm pics.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Yes, I wonder if we do not wear green to church on Sunday will we be pinched???I guess better make sure my green shirt is pressed and ready for St Patrick's Day!!
ReplyDeleteThat farm is so pretty. Always hard for me thinking about farmland in Florida, for some reason. Looks like Texas with the cows and horses. I’m glad to know you’re all stocked up! Ready for some snow? 😆
ReplyDeleteNonnie, Florida is one of the biggest states for raising cattle and horses in the country! I know most people don't realize that, but before Disney came and took over most of Osceola county, it was all cattle ranches!!! But they are still all around the less populated areas.
DeleteWe are second only to Texas, I believe, in cattle production. We also have massive sugar cane farms and acres and acres of phosphate mining.
DeleteIf you look at a map of Florida... the big cities and beaches are all around the coast. In the middle is where the farms/ranches are. We also have lots of horse country too!
DeleteLove visiting the farm with you!! Beautiful endless sky and of course the cows are adorable!
ReplyDeleteDo y'all just break out in big smiles when approaching all those sweet animals? "Green Acres is the place to be!"
ReplyDeleteI just love those cows in the road! That is such fun to see! I know you enjoy it, along with the horses and the goats too. So neat. I love that you have had Pizza (Italian food) and Mexican food on two days this week. Will you also have Irish corned beef and cabbage on Sunday? You are quite cosmopolitan in your cuisine! LOL. We had meatloaf last night and will probably have meatloaf sandwiches tonight. Just plain old American cuisine! LOL. Wow, your pantry must be overflowing! Nice to be well stocked...I find that my pantry doesn't get emptied as fast as it used to as it is mostly just us here for dinner these days. I have to rotate the stock so it doesn't get stale...LOL. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love your cow pics today! I'm glad you had a nice day there and then out to eat too!
