Continuing with Friday Foto Friends...

As mentioned last week, our blogging friend, Debbie/Breathing in Grace, is not hosting Friday Foto Friends now and can be found on Facebook with her Attitude of Gratitude posts!! Look for her HERE!!

I am still going to post a picture or two on Friday.  Old habits die hard!!

We had some rain this week and after stopping at the bank's drive-thru on one of those days, I took a picture of Lake Morton with the swans out on the water, in the rain. Pretty, even in the rain...

I mentioned earlier this week that the Museum's Gala fundraiser event was last Saturday and Joe and I won TWO auction items on the online auction.  One was a gift card from our favorite Palace Pizza restaurant!! Win!!  The second was a breakfast basket with pancake and waffle mix, cooking utensils, syrup, and Champaign for Mimosa's.  The reason I was drawn to bidding on it (other than that I love baskets full of goodies) is that the mixes are from Aretha Frankenstein's. Joe and I traveled through Chattanooga, TN, a few years ago and we met blogging friend, Linda Eller, at the Aretha Frankenstein Restaurant for breakfast!!  The pancakes are delicious!  Here we are...

Thank you, Linda, for meeting us for breakfast!!

And here are the mixes we got...

Every year, the Museum Staff poses for a picture at the Gala.  One of them sent me this year's photo.  I still love all of these amazing people!!

We are off to the farm (Joe's client) this morning.  Wednesday is our normal day, but Joe had his catheterization on Wednesday this week.  He is doing well and, again, we sure appreciate your prayers and good thoughts!

Thanks for your visit!!  Peace & hugs!  God bless!!

Happy March!!

  5. Well I have never heard of that restaurant so I am going to have to check it out sometime when we are in No GA. And pizza...you can never go wrong with that. In fact, we are going to Alohonso's here in Decatur tonight. It is one of our favorites.
