The only new photos I have (as usual) are from our trip to the farm (Joe's client) on Wednesday afternoon, so here we go...
Driving in, we were greeted with some interest...
I had carrots for the horses but the Ferrier was just leaving as we arrived
and they had been in the stalls for most of the morning.
Aronel got them back in the pasture and I did get to
treat these three with carrots but they were antsy to run and away they went.
I had a few carrots left so mosied over to the goats.
This is Prince. He was happy to pose and even happier to eat the carrots.
A face only a mother could love perhaps...
And this is my sweetie opening the gate as we headed for home.
We did stop for a quick dinner at Mike's Diner on the way home because we had Ash Wednesday services at 6:30 and were in a hurry. It was a busy day and a good day!
Thanks for your visit today! Peace & hugs!! God bless!!

Love the ears on Prince the goat! I enjoy your pictures from the farm trips!
ReplyDeletePrince is a handsome goat! (I love goats...we had one for a pet when the kids were young.) Can't blame the horses for wanting to run. It looks gorgeous in the pics.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the pictures of "prince" the goat...what a handsome young fella he is!! And all the pictures are so peaceful, pastoral and lovely. Thank you for giving us a dose of life on the farm to enjoy from a distance! Have a blessed and beautiful weekend! I hope that spring is going to stick around a while now that winter had its last fling!!
ReplyDeleteWe are headed to Grimmwood where we enjoy seeing the cows in the pasture from our front window.
ReplyDeleteYou take some lovely photos. How do you manage to keep the animals still so you photograph them?
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Thank you Victor. I just use my phone's camera (Galaxy S8 Android) and the cows and goats are happy to pose. I talk to them and always ask them to smile! LOL
DeleteThe goat is a real cutie.... :)
ReplyDeleteYour goat pics are adorable. I love his tilted head pic.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I just love all farm animals. When we had our farm we had an assortment. My favorites were the goats and pigs!
ReplyDeleteFun again taking pictures at the farm. Nice that you can see them while Joe is working! Cute of the goat and like you said, a face only a Mother could love..lol. Dont forget to set your clocks ahead this weekend. God bless you and Joe.
ReplyDeleteCute pics! Have a great weekend, Terri.
ReplyDeleteMy word, hasn't that goat perfected the endearing head-tilt? Hope you're enjoying a beautiful day!
ReplyDeleteGotta love Prince! Blessings, Terri!
ReplyDeletePrince & that head tilt - that made my day so much brighter!!!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing a pasture of cows. My granddaddy was a farmer and we had to go through the cow pasture to get to the pond. I was always scared, but now my memories are fond of those days.
ReplyDeleteThat goat is pretty cute!
ReplyDeletePictures of blue skies, animals, and warm weather - never, ever get tired of them!
