Tickled Tuesday....


Joe and I had such a nice time at dinner last night with my former boss, Claire. It was good to see her and to catch up on what is happening at work and with everyone.  She came back to the house for a few minutes and loved seeing our home and meeting the cats. I told her I've missed her and everyone there (of course, I've seen a few since I left). So tickled to be able to stay in touch.

I saw this on Facebook a few days ago and copied it to share here. It 'tickled' me as truth....


Have any of you seen a movie called "Brooklyn"?  It is about an Irish girl who comes to America and meets an Italian boy....all about immigration and new love back in the early 50s.  Look for it when you want something good to watch.

Today is grandson Tristan's birthday. He is 21 now. How did that happen??!!

    I actually woke up today with that sort of mind set - to think of the blessings that lay ahead... especially the day after a horrible tragedy where people dont get a fresh new day of possibilities & blessings.
