Thank Goodness It's Friday Foto Friends!

Linking up with Deb for Friday Foto Friends.  Catch her on her blog 'Breathing In Grace' and link up for some fun!

My sisters are on my mind today, since my youngest sister (nine years younger), Tammy, and her husband Bruce are coming for the weekend.  Bruce is still recovering from his stroke, doing so much better but with still a long way to go.  We hope the trip won't wear him out, but we are prepared for a very slow and lazy weekend.  We have things lined up to do, or to not do.

Tammy graduated from The Ohio State University with an education degree.  She taught high school English but hated being in the school system.  Since then she has worked in the prison system and for Nabisco as a merchandiser.  Right now, she is caring for her husband full time.

My next sister is Patti.  She is six years younger than me.  Patti graduated from Ohio University and has been an elementary school teacher for over 30 years. She is married to Greg and they have one daughter, Kelly.  Greg is in insurance and Kelly just got her Associates Degree.  Kelly is an artist and works in graphic design.  She will be going back to school, too, to get her BA.

My brother, Randy, was three years younger than me.  My long-time blogging friends know that we lost him to cancer.  He and is wife, Jo Anne, met in college (Ohio University) and had a beautiful marriage, producing two beautiful children.  Jo Anne is my sister, too.  Love her!!  She is also a school teacher, at a Christian high school. Daughter Sara is an Ohio University graduate and is teaching. Sara and Matt are getting married in May.  Son Mike graduated from The Ohio State Unviersity and is studying to be a doctor. This photo is of Mike and Jo Anne.

And this is the engaged couple, Matt and Sara.

Happy Friday!  Thanks for stopping by today! Peace & hugs!

  2. "The Ohio State"---I find that so amusing...the Lit. professor graduated from there and she often says, 'THE OHIO STATE"---like there is another? (grinning)

Have a lovely weekend, friend. Blessings
