Monday & Tuesday....

I found a few questions on a website. Some have been used before, but some I have not seen before. Since Monday is nearly gone and Tuesday Tidbits don't really matter, I'm going with some of these questions that let us get to know each other better. They are always kind of fun.  Join in, if you want to.


Most hated chore on the household chore list?  Emptying the dishwasher; ironing; cleaning bathrooms (just to name a few!).

Which bad habits drive you crazy?  Loud chewing; arriving late

Name one thing you consider yourself to be very good at.  Multi-tasking;

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? murder, steal, cheat

How much time do you spend on - Facebook or Youtube? Very little on YouTube, and too much on Facebook.

If you had to live under the sea what kind of an animal would you be? Oh, a dolphin.

Have you ever won a trophy? As a member of the marching band, but not personally.

What do you like about your job? The people I work with, the passion about art, and the good we do in the community.

What do you dislike about your job?  Having to discipline employees and the few times I've had to let people go.

What was least favorite job that you had? Cleaning rooms in a motel.

Name one thing that not many people know about you.  I worked for the Justice Department for four years.

What is your nickname from high school?  Kelly (my maiden name)

When is your birthday? December 11th

Any tattoos or pierced body parts? Pierced ears. No tattoos.

What's your favorite color?  Greens.

What is your favorite flower?  Daisies and Lilacs

What do you do for exercise?  What is that?

What is on your bedside table?  Lamp, alarm clock, Bible, book of daily Bible verses, and at night my plugged in cell phone and Nexus tablet.

If you could play any instrument, which would you play?  I used to play trumpet. Wish I could play piano.

If you could be any cartoon character, who would you be?  Blimpie, and I would work for hamburgers! (LOL - I don't have a clue!)

Apple juice or orange juice? Orange.

Tea or Coffee? Coffee.

Coke or Pepsi? Neither. I don't care for carbonated beverages.

Are you a morning or night person? Morning.

Where is your favorite Hiking Trail? What's that?

Name a singer that you can't stand the sound of.  Olivia Newton John. Nancy Sinatra. Debbie Boone.

If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do? Lion tamer.

If you were a kitchen appliance -- what would you be?  Coffee pot.

What do you remember about your high school prom?  I went to three proms. I mostly remember that my dresses weren't long enough (too tall, and no tall sizes back then) and I couldn't wear heals because that would make the dresses even shorter, and my date shorter, too. Ha! No great romance and not much fun at any of them.

What is the best restaurant you have ever dined at?  A little Italian restaurant off the main square in Orvieto, Italy.

What's your favorite holiday?  Thanksgiving.

Have you ever been mentioned in a newspaper?  Yes, a few times, but no big deal.

Tell me about your first road trip in your first car.  I didn't have my own car until my divorce. I was 29 years old. The first long trip I took in it was from Virginia to Ohio and I did it alone.

If you could get free airfare - name a country you would visit.  Back to Italy.

What is your education - do you have a college degree? I have a bachelor's degree.

If you had to choose a sport to watch - would it be Football or Basketball.  Football.

When was the last time you fired a gun? A few months ago.

What is your lucky number?  I don't have one, or I would have already won the lottery.

Are you right or left-handed?   Right.
