A quiet Saturday, today.
We had a leisurely breakfast, read the paper, and I got ready to head to the beauty shop for my highlights. Thankfully, with my curly hair, I don't have to get a touch-up too often, since the roots don't shout out from a part. It is an expensive indulgence that I only have to do three times a year.
4:00 Mass, leftovers for dinner, and I made a recipe of Biscotti (mainly for Joe) as the start of my holiday baking. Tomorrow, I will continue with the baking and get the laundry done.
My knee has not improved. I am hobbling around without the walker in the house, but move very slowly. I took the cane to the beauty shop, mainly so people won't get upset at my moving so slowly. I'll find out the results of the MRI on Monday. Not a very exciting or note-worthy post tonight, but I wanted to peak in and say hello.
