Friday Fotos...

Another week with no photos except the following few:

Vinny, enjoying the sunshine in my "breezeway" which is this little bit of screened-in walkway from the den to the shed.  I let the boys go out there now and then when I have time to sit with them.  I don't trust them to not climb the screens after a lizard.  Vinny loves the sunshine!

The pine trees sprout new growth during the spring and I always notice it around Easter time.  One of my coworkers brought this to me last week.  It had fallen on the ground.  They look like crosses and it seems like the trees are celebrating our Risen Lord.

I took this picture last year when I was out on the property with my boss.  He had never heard the story about the crosses at Easter.  He stopped so I could snap a picture...

That's it for photos on Friday.  I'm having lunch with two of my museum peeps today.  Marilyn and Kalisa are meeting me at Reececliff.  It will be fun!! Tomorrow is the neighborhood potluck.  Also fun!!  I'm a greeter at church for Palm Sunday.  March has been a very fun month, full of family and friends!!

Peace and Hugs!

Precious Lord, take my hand...

  2. I'm with Vinny and wanna bask in the sunshine for awhile. I promise not to climb the screen. LOL That's so neat about the pines having a cross on top! I never knew that. Our Master and Saviour signed all His work.
    Have a blessed day. 💙

  4. Awww. Vinnie looks happy. He is like me in that likes a little sunshine too. I have heard about the pine tree crosses. So many things point to the resurrection.

  6. I've never heard of those pine crosses! At first I thought you had made it, but look at that tree! That's incredible! God is so creative. Glad you're having a good time with family and friends. The older I get the more important that is to me.

  7. Our little Grace is a sunshine worshiper, too.
I only heard about those pine crosses a few years ago, but I love them. We don't have anything like that here, but my eyes are still peeled!

  8. Yes, I am noticing the crosses on the tops of the pine trees here as well! I need to take a picture before they go away! Vinny looks very happy sitting in the sunshine! Can't blame him on these rainy days we've been having, the sun feels good when it pops out from behind the clouds! Hope you have a lovely weekend!!
