Friday Fotos...

 

Just a couple of silly photos to share.  It's been a busy week.  With company arriving today, I will be hit or miss through the weekend and will have lots to report on family fun and photos.  I'm so excited to have family visiting!!  The nephew and nieces leave Sunday morning and son Jeff arrives Sunday afternoon!!  Yippee to family who want to visit!!  I love them so much!

There is a new restaurant in town called Mama's Soul Food.  When my boss and his wife were here for dinner a week ago, we talked about it and decided we needed to go for lunch.  We went on Wednesday and Danon treated me (he never lets me pay).  I had chicken livers.  I love chicken livers and they were very good.  I had corn fritters for my side.  Mali had baked chicken with collards, lima beans, and rice.  Danon had fried chicken with collards, limas, and rice.  We were all happy with our choices and said we would go again.

I'm looking out my window at two Osprey on the phone pole.  One of them has a fish in his talons and I think he was enticing the female with lunch.  (That's my car.)

I cropped it in and you can't really see the bird right on top of the pole but he is there.

Backwards, but I went to lunch on Tuesday, at Ford's Garage, with Wendy and Suzette.  It was a fun time.  Suzette is heading north in a couple of weeks.  We will gather again when she returns.  She and Wendy go to the same church.  Not sure what happened with the lighting and Suzette in black and white.  Crazy technology!
