Night Night!
Yes, folks, it did it yet again. But, better late than never some say so here we go with this week's questions. I hope you enjoy them.
1. Do you have a set bedtime that you stick to? On work nights, yes. I'm in bed by 9-9:30.
2. What kind of sleep attire do you prefer and why is that? Nightshirts or PJs (tank with shorts).
3. Do you have a nighttime routine before bed? Wash.. brush teeth.. snack? Brush my teeth, take my pills, tell Alexa to play my ocean sounds, play one solitaire game on my Kindle Fire and then read a chapter or two in my book.
4. Quilts? Coverlet? Fluffy comforters? Woolen blankets? What do you need to sleep comfortably? This is Florida! The ceiling fan is on and the covers are usually thrown off.

Enjoyed your answers. Nightshirts are very comfy. Even when it's hot, I find I still like something covering me at night. Seems I can't sleep without it. Hope you have a great day Terri.

I used to fall asleep to ocean sounds. Maybe I should try that! Yes, in Florida, you don't quilts or coverlets!
ReplyDeleteI'm a night owl and am often up till at least 11, later if I don't have to work in the morning. My night routine is very similar to yours, right down to the Solataire and reading.
ReplyDeleteI try not to stay up any later than 10. Much later, my eyes are prone to slam shut right there on the loveseat.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, the dogs are accustomed -- more often than not Macie Ann will get up and go jump in bed before I get there. Yes, ceiling fans are the best!
Great answers. I guess I need to go do this meme today. I didn't think I had anything to say, but you all are giving me ideas. I can't leave the ceiling fan on because it makes me get stuffed up in my sinuses and it dries out my eyes. But sometimes when it is real humid I have to go ahead and turn it on anyway and hide my face under the sheet. LOL. Crazy, I know. Have a good night///I mean day! LOL
