Tuesday 4 From Last Year...

It is nearly bedtime and I haven't seen a new Tuesday 4 yet so I scooted back to last year at this time and this is the Tuesday 4 from a year ago...

The Tuesday Four...

Thanks to Annie for today's four questions!  You can join in HERE...

Tuesday 4

The Language of Flowers

1. Yes, the simple daisy.
2. My birth month flower is
and the state flower for Florida is the orange blossom.

3.  There is no plant I enjoy inside or out. I am not a plant person.
I like seeing them in other peoples' houses & yards, but I don't do yard work.

4. Tomatoes. I would plant tomatoes. I miss garden-fresh tomatoes.

We arrived home safely from our long weekend trip to Georgia.  It was so great seeing the kids and all the changes made at their horse sanctuary.  We had breakfast with them yesterday, at Denny's, and got home around 4:00 yesterday afternoon, sad that the weekend went so fast but happy to see our kitties and know that we would be comfy in our own bed. Now... on to Thanksgiving!!  The turkey is in the fridge, starting to thaw!

Peace & hugs!  Jesus loves you!

Wishing you all a blessed week and Thanksgiving.  There won't be a new Hodgepodge for tomorrow so I will probably look to the archives again.

  1. I wonder what happened to today's Tuesday 4. I thought I saw where Annie said she was going to post it on Sunday night...I hope she's okay. But this was a good one. I don't think I did this one last year. I love simple daisies too! And our state flower, the Orange Blossom, I fear will become extinct if we keep destroying orange groves and building houses! I really miss seeing our lovely orange groves and smelling the orange blossoms in the spring. Maybe you still have more down where you are because you are further south and the freezes haven't gotten them there, but up in the more central/north part of the state they are getting harder and harder to find. So sad. Have a wonderful rest of your Thanksgiving week!!

  2. Great audible! I'm right there with you on #3. I didn't realize the narcissus is the same thing as Pastor Janet calls the paperwhite -- all of a sudden they've begun to spring up on her lot next door like crazy; I can't wait to watch them bloom.

  6. I like flowers too. My birth month flower is Lily Of The Valley (May). They are lovely. I wish they would grow here.
Glad you got to visit here in Georgia.
    Happy Thanksgiving my friend! xx

  7. I'm not a plant person either. I can't keep them alive inside the house, and I leave the outside ones to Bob.
