It is almost bedtime and I haven't seen a Tuesday 4 posted yet so I'll just wing it...
Just four randoms...
1. My daughter-in-law(love) Darlene had a group of photographers visit the horse sanctuary last week!! They are going to do an exhibit in a gallery and a percentage of the sales of the art will go to New Paths Horse Sanctuary. I am so excited for the sanctuary to be getting this kind of publicity and hopefully some much-needed funds!!
2. And speaking of the photography exhibit, I am going up to Brunswick in mid-August to visit the gallery and see Darlene. Joey is overseas again. Darlene sprained her ankle BAD getting out of the hay trailer a week ago and she isn't able to keep off of it like she should. Keep her in your prayers, please. She works so hard for the animals.
Yay for your trips that are coming up! Yay that I am included in one of them! Yay! I can't wait to see you and Barbara again, and also meet your friend. Praying my neck will cooperate so I can relax and enjoy the day. So sorry that Darlene sprained her ankle...that looks painful! And how wonderful for the fundraiser for the Horse Sanctuary! What a worthy cause they have. I can imagine how difficult it is for Darlene to not be able to be out and about as much as she needs to be to take care of the animals, etc. Praying for her now. Oh, and Yay for your neighbor Mary Jane, who will take care of your cats so you can travel! God is good, all the time, God is good!

I am so jealous. I would love to tag along for the trip to see Barbara and Pamela. That is going to be so much fun. I will say a prayer for Darlene too. That looks painful.

ReplyDeleteOh, dear poor Darlene! That's a terrible ouchie! I pray she heals quickly but she must stay off the ankle. Maybe a helper can step in to help for awhile.
