Where might she be going in this gown?
Which shoes should she wear?
Shoe #1 by Jimmy Choo
Shoe #2 by Badgley Mischka
Shoe #3 by Jimmy Choo
My thoughts: I think the gown is beautiful. I couldn't wear it now. Maybe 30 years ago! Ha! It is red-carpet worthy or for a special black-tie gala event of some kind. I like #3 for the shoes. They seem to match the gown perfectly. I just don't like the ankle straps (and could never wear that high of a heel). What are your thoughts?
Thanks for stopping by!
Peace & hugs! God bless!!

#1 for me
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
I like shoe #1.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful gown, it would make a pretty wedding gown, just saying, grin. I like the first shoe, Terri. smiles
ReplyDeleteThe third pair looks perfect and I think my Barbie doll has some like #2! heehee! And here I was going to wear house slippers today....what was I thinking!!!
ReplyDeleteSwoon-worthy! It's a toss-up, but I'm going with Shoe(s) #1.
ReplyDeleteAside: From somewhere in the recesses of my brain, I remember hearing that footwear should always match or be darker than one's skirt or slacks. (Am I the only one?)
Yes, Myra, I remember that rule (and don't forget your belt should match your shoes - back when we wore belts). The no white until after Memorial Day and the white gets put away come Labor Day rules don't apply here in Florida. We wear white shoes and slacks year-around down here.
DeleteYep, I'd go with #3, too! Have a good day, my friend!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful gown. I think #1
ReplyDelete#3
ReplyDeleteThe gown is gorgeous, but I'm going with shoe #1. :)
ReplyDeleteNew Balance here....my feet are still hurting thinking of your last go around with the topic... :)
ReplyDeleteMy world doesn't have occasions to wear a dress like that! It's so pretty, I love the color. I also would choose shoes #3 to wear with this dress. I can't even imagine myself in that dress. lol Much too glamorous for me.
ReplyDeleteI'd choose number 3 for that beautiful gown! I love that deep gray color too.
ReplyDeleteTerri.. Tuesday 4 was set on auto post with Blogger which somehow failed this week. I really should have checked on it monday morning but didn't. It finally went up late last night.Sorry for the inconvenience. I will check from now on. :)
Thanks for letting me know!! It was not an inconvenience!! Thanks for your visit!
DeleteWhat a GORGEOUS gown! Love it - could never wear it but in my dreams. I will pick shoe number 1/
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous - I love all 3 actually!
ReplyDeleteOooh, so pretty. I like the color...very pretty indeed. I don't have the lovely neckline to go with it, but in my dreams...lol. #3 shoes, but I don't like the ankle strap. And of course they are too high, but they are pretty. I guess they don't make pretty shoes for us mature women. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI think we can get sparkly sneakers in gold or silver! LOL
DeleteShoes #3 because, as you said, they match the dress perfectly. However, they still would not show since I'm so short and the dress's skirt is so long.
ReplyDeleteI am like 3 for this dress.
ReplyDeleteI love this gown! The color is beautiful, as is the design. And I agree, the #3 shoes are perfect with it.
