I'm sitting here staring at the sign above, wondering what tidbits I have to share! Not much!
- My doctor visit yesterday morning went well. She was happy with all my numbers.
- My day, today started with an echo cardiogram at my cardiologist's office. It's just an annual thing. Necessary inconvenience and one I am happy for.
- Am I weird to not really like cheesecake?
- My doctor's nurse got so excited when she found out she could schedule me for their "welcome to medicare" visit when I see them in December. I wasn't quite as excited as she was. LOL
- We need to hit WalMart tonight for cat food and cat litter. It never ends...the critters have to eat and WalMart is the most economical place to get it. I think it will be IHOP for dinner, since it is in the same parking lot....
- We have been marathon watching "Life" on Netflix. It is really good. We are so addicted to TV. It's so bad that the question comes up... "Are you still watching this?" Sad.

Medicare isn't all that its cracked up to be, just saying...make sure you have back up insurance...and one might loose its present doctor(s) (happened to hubby).

DeleteCat liter and food.......never ending story! I have been on Medicare for 13 years and taking all into consideration, dont think I would go back if I could. I have great secondary coverage..not cheap, but good, and I dont have to get up every morning and dread every Sunday night! Ihop sounds like a winner!

ReplyDeleteCheesecake isn't my dessert of choice, but I make two at Christmas time for our son's birthday - one for him and one for his fire station. That's the tradition. A good report from the doctor is always good. And just last night, our group of friends talked about tv shoes for about half an hour! Lol! I order dog food from Amazon.

Anymore, the medical staff we encounter are so rushed and (seemingly) preoccupied, the whole business is beginning to feel like automation.

DeleteMaybe you just haven't had a really good cheesecake? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt there. *giggle* That's one of my favorites except I have to take a Lactose Intolerance pill before eating it. Oh, but it's worth it.

Oh yes the Netflix reminder is embarrassing especially when it's not coming up for the first time! lol Glad the doctor's visit went well. I think the secret of good numbers must be not eating cheesecake! lol I LOVE cheesecake. Especially baked cheesecake and if it has chocolate in it or on it then I'm in heaven!
