I believe quite a few of my blogging friends have also been connected to Brenda Bussell, Third Time Around (brendainmad). She lived in Madrid, Spain, but is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She just retired from teaching English over there.
Brenda has been a blogging friend since our Multiply days and on Facebook for just as long.
I received this Facebook Message from Brenda's nephew:
Hi, I don't know if anyone has messaged you. Unfortunately my aunt, and your friend, Brenda passed away from pancreatic cancer thjs morning.
From what we know, she started getting very sick around Christmas and had to be hospitalised. I suspect she may have known she was sick longer than this, but was afraid to feel like a burden on anyone.
I'm very sorry to have to be the one to tell you this! We all love Brenda a lot, and I am thankful I was able to see her in Spain and be as close to her as I was.
Rest in peace, dear friend Brenda.
