- I survived Monday! Did you?
- Excited for our company to arrive on Friday!
- Bruce was accepted at the new facility. He transfers on Wednesday!! Prayers are being answered!!
- Yesterday was a gloomy, rainy day. Sure hope we are done with that for awhile!
- The Florida State Fair is going on right now, over in Tampa. We went once, years and years ago. Fun, but too crowded on a weekend, and not worth taking a day off for.
- We are enjoying fresh strawberries now. It is Florida Strawberry Season! Yum!
- I need to make a grocery list with next week's guests in mind. I know we will go out a few times, but I also want to cook for them. There is also breakfast and lunch to consider.

Monday is certainly one of my busiest days, but it gave me the excuse of not having to go to our homeowners' meeting. I haven't had any strawberries yet. I'm still enjoying the delicious mandarins.
ReplyDeleteSo tomorrow is a big day for Bruce and family. Hope things go smoothly and pray that he'll soon be well enough to go home.
I think I mentioned one of my sisters was in Florida. Guess where she spent her last day (Sunday, I think). Yes, in Lakeland!
No way!! If she visited the Museum I'm going to be so upset that I didn't get to say hello!!

ReplyDeleteI am fascinated that the Florida State Fair is going on right now. We had several inches of snow fall here overnight and I can't see more than a quarter of a mile due to the clouds and fog. But I guess this is the optimum time of year with Florida weather to have a State Fair. The Colorado State Fair is always in late August, ending on Labor Day weekend.
