It has been a hard week at work and there is still another day to go, but there is much to be thankful for.....including a job I have loved for over 20 years.
- Tomorrow night Joe and I are having dinner with friends we haven't seen in quite a few years, even though they only live 30 miles away. Looking forward to reconnecting with Cheryl and Nino!
- Saturday is our youngest son's 50th birthday. He will be here on Sunday and for the entire week!! I think there will be birthday cake to eat!
- Joe and Darlene and the pups are coming on Tuesday or Wednesday for the rest of the week. Hoping Darlene is doing much better.
- Thankful that we have two comfortable guest rooms in our new house!!
- I'm taking Thursday and Friday off so we can all do something fun (I hope!)....maybe the beach!

Isnt it so funny how people that are close to you, its sometimes the hardest people to spend time with. Enjoy that visit!!!

When you said that on Friday night you were too tired to go out to eat, I thought, I feel that way every night and I haven't gone to work. I need some high potency vitamins. I enjoyed your posts.

What a great week to look forward to! I do wish I had two guest rooms. Next week we are going to Jeremy's in Portland. There will be five of us (Mike's mother is there too) in one house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Yikes! Oh, and two dogs, haha!
