- Back to work today....
- With summer "officially" over, my meetings are starting up again DAR is this week and my church women's group is at the end of the month. Full swing into Fall and Winter.
- I'm so ready to be over every-day rains. Labor day was gray and rainy until evening.
- Big time cheating on the LCHF diet this weekend. Back to business today!!
- Thanks to Joe's birthday weekend, we spoke with grandson Tristan, Joe's brother, Lou, daughter-in-love Kathy, son Jeff, both of my sisters, and had a text message from Lauren. It's always good to hear from loved ones!

Happy Tuesday to you. I'm back on my journey to healthy today, too!!! Way too many sweets over the weekend....and my joints are feeling it. Ouch!

We've been having a lot or rainy days too. My Bible study starts tonight. I'll enjoy it, but I do hate all the meetings that come with Fall!
