Tuesday Tidbit....
I got up yesterday morning and called my doctor for an appointment. They were able to 'work me in' thank goodness.
I got an antibiotic and some codeine cough syrup. My whole body aches from coughing. She wanted me to stay home today, but I need a couple of hours to finish the financial reports for August. It won't take me long.
Joe's procedure is definitely scheduled for Wednesday. It was confirmed today.
Crazy week. Crazy.
Thanks for your kind words and for your prayers! Peace & hugs!

Don't you wish a cold could just be that, a cold. Good luck tomorrow with Joe and here's wishing you get well wishes again today!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you got some meds to help you feel better! Praying you are much improved by Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteThere is just something going around, Terri. About 80% of the students are sick here, the doctor called it a "viral infection". I hope/pray you get to feeling better, thankfully, so far, no Codeine syrup here.
ReplyDeletePraying for you and Joe. Blessings
Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeletePrayers for Mr. Joe's procedure and for you. Bless your heart...lots going on right now.
ReplyDeletePrayers for you, and also Joe on Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon. Sending healing thoughts and prayers for both.
ReplyDeleteWater water water, rest rest rest, repeat.....just giving you a little mommyin' Sweetie. Take care and feel better, soon.
ReplyDeleteOh Terri, I am SO sorry!! I remember what a terrible time Dick had last Christmas, first with an inflamed knee, then a terrible cold. He had to take days off work - he who had soldiered through chemo treatments countless times, always going back to work the next day. I remember asking him one morning if anything was hurting, and he said, "Just my spirit."
ReplyDeleteI pray that the meds will make a difference for you and that Joe will not get sick and that his procedure will be successful tomorrow.
That codeine cough syrup is strong stuff. Take it and sleep and rest. Praying for your recovery and Joe's procedure. Also that he will not get your cold or cough.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're soon feeling better and that Joe's procedure goes well.
