Stolen from That's My Answer
1. Do you ever feel completely rested and unrushed. Yes. Usually. I do have my days though, especially now that I am working again.
2. If you had to wear all white for the entire day, how long before you spilled something on it? Maybe two minutes. LOL
3. What would you include inside of your emergency kit? Bottles of water, blanket, Tylenol, antacids, antibiotic gel, bandages, sanitizer, Bible, bug spray, batteries, chargers, and some canned foods with a manual can opener...
4. What’s more fun than a barrel full of monkeys? Most anything! LOL Monkeys are so dirty!!
5. Is it hard for you to let go of certain things, even if you have too many of them? If you are talking about purses, bowls, and platters. Yes. What of it?!!!
6. When was the last time you were ready to throw in the proverbial towel? When I took that accounting job at the Air Compressor Service. Did you end up letting go, or decided to fight on anyway? I straightened out what I could but was offered the job with the State of Florida and that was my reprieve.
7. What is the color of awesome? Love. Whatever color love is!
8. What is your favorite black and white movie? So many have been colorized! It's a Wonderful Life is the first one that came to mind.
9. If you could describe your mood in a color today, what color would it be? Pink!
10. If you could wish for anything and it would come true, you wish for? World peace...
11. What are some of the wacky things that you like to do? I don't know anything wacky that I like to do.
12. If you could have any author –living or dead – write your biography, who would you choose? Someone who could really spin a good yarn... maybe Mark Twain.
13. If you could be a “fly on the wall” anywhere and at any time in history, where and when would you choose? Can't think of a place or time I would want to be a fly on the wall. People swat at flies on the wall!!
14.What is the last thing you made from scratch? So long that I can't even remember. Is a brownie mix considered from scratch?
15. When we are able to travel again, where would you love to go? We can travel, at least here in the states and I still have that road trip on my mind. I doubt I will ever go to Europe again, even when we are allowed. BUT, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Scandinavia, and Germany would be nice. My roots.

I haven't made anything from scratch in a long time either, not even box brownies. lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Have a blessed Sunday, Terri!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your answers.
ReplyDelete#8 - For me it's "The Best Years Of Our Lives." Best film ever, in my never-to-be-humble opinion. It's profound.
#9 - Green. We've been getting LOTS of rain and that makes me and our plants very happy.
I hope your Sunday is blessed!
Love xx
Giggling about 2 min. in white ... me, too. The last thing I made from scratch was Tom's German Chocolate birthday cake. I informed him, 'never again!' Mark Twain's a great choice. Were I playing along, I might have said Jonathan Kellerman -- I love his way with words. (Are you a fan?) Wishing you a most blessed day!
ReplyDeleteNot familiar with Kellerman. Will have to check him out (sometimes I remember the books and not the author though).
DeleteNo fly on the wall for me.... I think I grew up in the best time possible and prefer to stay here.. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Mark Twain! Good choice!
ReplyDeleteI would not make it long wearing white either. Loved your answers. Have a nice day!

I've made peach/blueberry cobbler a few times, blueberry bran muffins, banana nut bread, strawberry shortcake, cookies (oatmeal, coconut pecan)...oh, and egg custard. I guess I do more "scratch" cooking than I realized! I don't wear white. I drink tea, and anything white or even close ends up with tea stains down the front. I've never liked white anyway. Makes me look fat. But, so did the rust colored dress I wore to church today as well. I think it's because I keep gaining weight everytime they weigh me. That's what's doing it! I'm going to tell them to stop weighing me!! LOL Have a great Sunday.
ReplyDeleteTravel: I have made a lot of trips on the road this year --MANY more than I ever dreamed I would. It's worked out okay but I prefer to stick close to home when I can.
ReplyDeleteWearing white would be bad for me too, I can spill with the best of them.
ReplyDeleteIt's a Wonderful Life is a good choice. One of our favorites.
