Thankful Thursday!!

Well, I spent yesterday at home in my PJs, fighting a bad cold.  Not sure where it came from, but I caught it.  So far, Joe is okay and I texted my sis in Georgia to make sure they were okay (they are). One way or the other, I guess it's my turn.

I'm thankful for tissues!

I'm thankful for a comfortable bed, in which to escape.

I'm thankful for chicken noodle soup.

I am thankful for TheraFlu, Mucinex, and Coricidin!

I am thankful that I have a job where I earn sick leave to use on days like these.

I am also thankful for your visit and for your whispered prayer!  Peace & hugs!

(We have a special wedding to attend on Saturday! I need to get over this!)

  1. Poor Terri. Bad colds are the worst. Stay in bed and take care of yourself. Hope you are OK for the wedding. I'll say a prayer for you.

  6. Overwork. You probably got run-down, so a cold is how the body says, "Enough!" Rest well and get better soon! Yes, a prayer has been whispered on your behalf.
